Renters are out of work.
All the Real Estate Agents I know across the country are allowing their tenants to pay it back over the next few years because there's no one now or in the future to fill the gap.
Of course there are some wealthy Chinese people trying to come here...

The realtors are shortsighted in my opinion

the economy will claw itself back and our population will continue yo grow even if its mostly mexicans or central
Americans

more people, but not more land

and investors are free to put their money wherever they please

but real estate is never a bad investment
