JWs always say Constantine changed everything about Jesus and who he is, the Son of God and a member of the Godhead. The very Jehovah who came off His throne located on the right hand of the Father God came down and was born of a virgin Mary to atone for our sins and give us the resurrection.

Most folks shoo off the JW's

I invite them in for whatever theological debate they'd like

But after an hr or so, one will always look at their watch and claim they've got to move on.....

I feel like the blind guy...>>>>

JWs are clowns and have no answers when confronted by what is in the Bible.

Sam the Assyrian Encyclopedia always leaves them decimated:

I have always talking with Jehovah's Witnesses. My biggest problem is the idea of people popping out of their graves.

I do not understand what you may be implying.

To begin, the inscription itself was discovered almost two decades ago. It is nothing new. It is only recently that it has been sent to a museum in Washington DC.

It states, God Jesus Christ

Meaning (The) god Jesus Christ

What this means is that during the 2nd century - sometime between 100 - 200 AD people followed Jesus as a "god" and believed he was "The Christ".

(In those days, the term "god was given to anyone considered divine or from divine origins")
That is why Jesus specifically spoke about his father being "In heaven" - separating his Father from typical "gods" of the time.

What the inscription means is that they believed "The deity (god) Jesus was the savior (Christ)"

This was common among Christians at the time - their cult believed that Jesus was the Christ. It is the basis of Christianity.

It does not change or "prove" anything other than early Christians had a strong faith in Jesus and believed he was the Christ.
