Such laws are almost as stupid as 'hate crime' laws or rules against calling someone a ****** even if they earn the moniker. If 'bullying' is the problem, then it's a mater of harassment, not of language. Deal with the case in question and stop passing moronic laws.

The cyber-bullying bill is meant to "protect" children mostly, though it may have been altered to include adults recently, that was the aim. How many adults do you know whine about being bullied online that much? So, as logic follows, for it to be treated as such a crime then it would also mean treating the children as adults, thus why bullying among children has not had any major laws made about it. Normally the entire issue is dealt with by the parents or school, depending on where it occurs, as they are the ones who are suppose to be responsible for the children.

As for the actual input goes, those are for when they commit serious crimes, your area may be different but bullying isn't an issue handled by those courts.
