The reason why multi-centimillionaires never watch TV is because it's education for idiots. Television skewed the whole purpose of the Civil Rights Movement, which can only be accurately deduced by applying scholarly works on related topics. Namely, the Fair Housing Act permits blacks to physically move into historically all-white neighborhoods. However it also activates supply and demand pricing adjustments in the housing market. The heightened market competition for white-owned homes automatically appreciated their market values, and the preexisting white homeowners effortlessly pocket the additional equity. And vice-versa. It further depletes black-owned housing values, and the homeowners hemorrhage funds invested into their most important asset. This effect ultimately outstripped the benefits of blacks' enhanced earning potential, because of the bourgeoisie vs. proletariat principle. In the end, major assets beat day-to-day income.
