Less or more than they pay now?
You are increasing taxes on low wage earners

It depends on what the percentage will be doesn't it?Less or more than they pay now?
You are increasing taxes on low wage earners
Why don’t you just admit it?
Except the opposite has been proven true, your version is the lie you would like us to believe.More than the zero they are currently paying.
Since you hate the rich so much, tell me what do you think those evil, filthy rich do with all those tax savings?OK
So in this plan, who will end up paying more and who will pay less?
I bet you still end up shifting more tax burden from the rich to the low middle class
Lets see where the money is before we decide where to taxSince you hate the rich so much, tell me what do you think those evil, filthy rich do with all those tax savings?
First of all, are you aware that those filthy rich pay taxes?

And mind you this is Federal taxes... we haven't taken in consideration State, local, property taxes...
But again FACTS don't seem to matter to people that make generalized statements.
Finally those filthy evil rich... I bet you think they bury their money in the backyard or hide under their mattresses RIGHT?
The higher income earners pay less percentage of their earnings yet contribute substantially more than lower income payers.Your tax plan will end up having the rich pay less than they do now and the poor paying more than they do now
Typical Conservative tax the poor strategy
Income and wealth are not the same thing.
They also control an overwhelming percentage of wealth and incomeThe higher income earners pay less percentage of their earnings yet contribute substantially more than lower income payers.
Typical Liberal punish the high income earners based on percentages. This accomplishes nothing except Class Warfare. Otherwise, cut spending.
No Shit SherlockIncome and wealth are not the same thing.
You don't seem to know that.No Shit Sherlock
The rich know better than to accept income
Basically, what you're doing is agreeing that the wealthy already pay the bulk of the tax burden. Do you agree that's what you're doing?OK
So in this plan, who will end up paying more and who will pay less?
I bet you still end up shifting more tax burden from the rich to the low middle class
Haha... pretty funny since low income people have had a negative income tax liability for 30 years. There is no such tax plan where lower income taxpayers don’t end up paying more and wealthy taxpayers paying less
Yes, because now the poor pay nothing and have no incentive not to raise taxes on othersYour tax plan will end up having the rich pay less than they do now and the poor paying more than they do now
Typical Conservative tax the poor strategy
If you think that is any different from any other nation, you are naive. Economic opportunity is provided and Income is earned…it is what makes US exceptional. Redistribution of wealth never works and only serves as an agent and appeasers of class envy while true, locked-in one percent control the wealth and income in every other nation. Why do you think immigrants come to the US? Economic Freedom. They also control an overwhelming percentage of wealth and income
The Golden RuleYou don't seem to know that.
And the so called rich get taxed on income all the time when they sell off assets for a profit.
Like I said our current tax system is designed to collect revenue from the middle class because that's where the revenue is. People in the middle quintile work for the majority of their lives therefore they are a long term source of revenue. Add to that the poor tax treatment of IRAs and 401 Ks and we see that those are designed to squeeze even more tax dollars out of the middle class when they retire.
There is no tax plan that can be placed on the so called rich that will ever generate the money that the income tax does.
Yes, because now the poor pay nothing and have no incentive not to raise taxes on others
That's not true. After Reagan the wealthy paid more than they paid previously. The Golden Rule
He who has the Gold, makes the Rules
We have thousands of pages of tax code, only a few pages offer tax incentives to working Americans
The wealthy have created a system where only income is taxed and Capital Gains are taxed at a much lower rate than ordinary income
Before Reagan, the wealthy used to pay much more in taxes
Time to fix that
Thieves follow the same rule.Guess what?
The poor have little
Tax where the money is
I dont care how little the poor pay as long as they pay their fair shareGuess what?
The poor have very little
Tax where the money is
Thieves follow the same rule.
