There's no fairness doctrine. Broadcasters are governed by the FCC, not the state of California.

That is state law, not Federal. Trump can appoint a prosecute like NY Atty Gen Leticia James and Jack Smith to investigate and pursue the State charges.
I can’t find any evidence this law exists and it wouldn’t be rational for it to exist anyway because the FCC regulations would override because broadcast licenses are federal.

Social media platforms are private property. The owners of that property have the right to decide how those resources are used.
