That is state law, not Federal. Trump can appoint a prosecute like NY Atty Gen Leticia James and Jack Smith to investigate and pursue the State charges.
I canāt find any evidence this law exists and it wouldnāt be rational for it to exist anyway because the FCC regulations would override because broadcast licenses are federal.

Social media platforms are private property. The owners of that property have the right to decide how those resources are used.
