So how do we fix our society...or is America unfixable?

Over at the AR15 forum they have a discussion called: So how do we fix our society. I'm banned there, so opened up discussion here.

My take...

Many times, it is easier to diagnose a sickness than it is to cure it. It should be clear to all that orange Jesus, and the dream team have failed miserably at saving America. What do you propose as far as fixes? Or is America unfixable? Even if you have no answers...vote.

So how do we fix our society

American society is in the shitter. Our government sucks. We pay an exorbitant amount of taxes yet our streets and cities look like shit. You look at other countries and they have a functioning public transit system, but here it's ruined by crackheads and other degenerates, making it almost essential to buy an overpriced vehicle that is made so shitty nowadays it will fall apart before you pay it off with the ever extending loan terms out there these days. A medical issue at an inconvenient time could bankrupt you, even if you do everything right in your life. The median household income can't afford the median home price, making the American Dream of owning a home near impossible. Corporations have perfected exactly how much they can suck away from your bank account without bankrupting you (mostly). Everyone hates each other and thinks everyone else is out to screw them.

So the question is how do we turn this all around? I'm sure a lot of you all here are like me and doing fine, but only because we bought our houses back when it was still affordable. That isn't a solution. Just because we're doing ok because we bought in when things were still competitively priced doesn't mean that someone starting out now and wants a family isn't screwed the way things currently are. Long-term if things keep going the way they are I think we're all screwed. Kids entering the workforce without a clear path to thrive aren't just going to take it on the chin and live in a small apartment their whole life barely surviving with no future while they watch us enjoy our houses and families, they're going to radicalize and start burning our shit down. I'm starting to think it's inevitable that we are going to experience some pretty violent social upheaval soon. Things just aren't adding up anymore in our country.

The optimistic in me says yeah, we can fix it! The pessimist in me says we're fucked. I believe that in order to fix our problems we're gonna have to work together, but obviously right now that ain't happening. We are so divided right now and IMHO nothing short of a catastrophe or calamity is going to bring us together. Whether it's a world war or a great depression or 911 2.0, I don't know.

Pretty much my view.
I think we're probably fucked, barring a miracle.
Trump has been a start and a damn good one.
But the younger generation is so ******* stupid, I have no confidence they'll make the right choices in the next few years.
I'm not young so I'll be gone. But I feel for my step kids and other folks who may have to deal with unimaginable hardships.

The first spark of hope requires that China fails. With the advent of A.I though, the fears of songs written decades ago about the rise of the machines and the loss of human empathy and love will ring true. We have lost our souls and replaced them with emptiness. Imagine being born today and how dark the world will be when they become adults? So with the many weak men among us, it might be prudent to look to their communist system and assume it will be our future: despondent and transactional. Gee, what could possibly be wrong with the country, other than the largest debt in human history on the verge of snuffing out the Republic due to their fiscal insanity, or maybe it is the corruption that drove the nation to that record breaking debt that grows unabated as a result of it in the first place.

Or how about the fact that society has degenerated to the point of embracing the mutilation of genitals for children along with pretty much every sexual deviancy known to man, or perhaps that a man like Epstein ran a whore house trafficking children for the rich elite bastards that basically run the entire world, yet the only person in jail for it all was his girlfriend of all people.

Nations are like people, their body slowly deteriorates until it is no more, the only thing that can be done is buy time.

I think there are things that can be done to buy time and enjoy what time we have left but that is about it. The sicker a person gets or nation gets though, the harder and harder that becomes until it finally becomes impossible.
