They do require monitors and track maintenance. Rail for freight is highly efficient, not for passenger travel outside of intra city/county levels.

I agree with stopping immigraton from the middle east. But I would even more strongly agree with shutting off all immigration until we get our broken vetting system fixed.

If my plumbing is broken and water is pouring out of pipes in my attic and flooding my home, ruining my furniture, and electronics, and scalding my children, then of course I want to fix those leaks.

My wife and I might disagree on exactly how to fix the leaks, i.e. DIY or hire a professional, etc. But we will not disagree that the first step is to shut off the water at the main valve leading into the house. Because neither my wife nor I is a complete moron.
