I don't know. That's why I set this up, to see if anybody else had a really good idea on how to stop it. I think the answer will be some type of technology we don't have yet or some really good punitive or incentive systems that will make it undesirable to do such a thing. Somebody's got to come up with a real good answer, the sooner the better. This and the Cyber threats need to be addressed.
