Provocative photo of skirt lengths meant as comment on judgment of women goes viral
When Vancouver student Rosea Lake took a picture as part of a high school art project, she had no idea of the reaction it would get.
The picture titled “Judgments” shows the back of model Ali Mackenzie’s leg with words written at different heights. “Matronly” appears at the calf and “Whore” at the very top. “Slut”, “Asking for it” and “Prude”, among others, go in between.
“It takes all these those things that people are thinking and it sort of puts them in a provocative concise image,” she says.
