McBullshit claims Antarctica has been on the South Pole forever, it never moved at all. And, while it is on the South Pole, it has rapidly gone from ice age to tropical paradise and back over and over.... a Dennis Quaid theory for sure...

We know that Antarctica has 70 million year old dinosaur fossils, and clearly they did not live on top of 2+ mile thick ice at -60F...

This is where the climate debate is now stuck.

Every piece of land within 600 miles of a pole is in ice age, everything outside of that is not. Nobody has attempted to dispute that. It is the clear truth of Earth today.

Milankovitch Cycles, which I call McBullshit Cycles, take a very "Dennis Quaid" approach to ice ages - they are lightning fast, quick, and agile. They come and go really fast.

Since 2010, Milankovitch has replaced "North American Ice Age" with the claim that the ice on Chicago recently that was 2.5 miles thick was only 75k years old.

We have good data on Greenland

1-2 million years old
moved south about 1 mile every 1000 years
wiped out the Viking settlement on southern tip in 1400s, areas that today are buried under 600 ice layers

Not abrupt by any means, although the ice was hung up on the mountain range just above the southern tip when the Vikings settled there, and when it finally "smashed through" that mountain range, it did "abruptly" cancel the Vikings ability to farm and hunt...

TO OBTAIN ICE CORE DATA requires the continent specific ice age to GROW A NEW ICE LAYER EVERY YEAR and your side claims that was during "interglacials" where the "ice melted" except the ice cores prove 97% of Earth ice did not melt, it just GREW ANOTHER ICE LAYER EVERY YEAR...

That’s not what they showed. They showed glacial and interglacial periods. When the northern hemisphere glaciates or deglaciates, it affects temperatures planet wide, even in Antarctica.

The northern hemisphere deglaciating. It’s common knowledge. For the past 3 million years the southern pole has had extensive continental glaciation. As the northern hemisphere glaciated it got colder in Antarctica. When the northern hemisphere deglaciating, it got warmer in Antarctica. But Antarctica had extensive continental glaciation throughout the glacial interglacial cycle.

But back to my point, if you accept Greenland ice core data then you are accepting oxygen isotope ratios as a proxy for temperature.
