Illegals have been voting a long time for democrats... however in national elections its always been much harder to win with the illegal vote... until mass mailouts during covid... there will be millions of Trump voters and I just don't think the dems will have the numbers.... and the most critical states have cleaned up their voter rolls and do not allow ballot harvesting which is what got Biden over the top in 2020...

It’s easy to spend other people’s money, and it’s easy to vote to only get things from the state and not give anything.

It’s easy to vote recklessly if one has no skin in the game.

It’s like 2 parents and 3 kids in a family, and all get a vote. The kids vote for toys, food, vacations, etc while the parents vote for paying the mortgage and saving for retirement. Under this system the family will become homeless and broke.

Works on the assumption that wealth inquality is a good thing when it isn't.

So let's break it down. The bottom 40% of the population controls less than 1% of the wealth in this country, and not surprisingly, they are not paying income taxes. They are, however, paying Social Security, Medicare, State income tax, Sales Taxes, and of course, higher taxes on Cigarettes, Liquor and other Plebian sins.

And of course, as consumers, they are paying the taxes passed down to them by those who provide goods and services.

Wealth inequality is good because it tends to gather by the productive members of society and be scarce on the ones who don't use what little wealth they have to improve their skill base, so more employers would want to hire them. Anyone with an internet connection can learn anything taught in college, as most colleges and Universities put their curriculums online for free. And then employment agencies, like link In will allow you to take assessment tests to prove your knowledge base to potential employers who will hire you base on that and most of them won't even care if you have a High School Diploma or not.
