No. For the simple reason that the large cities and their capitals are largely run by Democrats. Trump is focusing on the cities, not the states.

Can some nerd or geek around here pull up the stats, say... crime rate comparisons between blue cities and red cities? That would be nice.

I made a quick search and the only major city with a Republican mayor is Dallas, TX.
But that mayor was a democrat in his 1st term, and just switched to be a Republican in his second term.
By eyeballing Dallas' crime rate to Houston's, they are very close. So it looks to me that big cities have major crime problems no matter who runs them.

You are correct that democrats are unethical as well as illegal.
In this case democrats broke the law with open borders, and openly lied to congress about it.
Then the 12,000,000 or so illegals let in were counted in the 2020 census giving blue states about 24 more House seats than they were legally entitled to, giving them free food and free housing raising food and housing costs for American families.
