Should Garland appoint a Special Prosecutor to find out how Alexander Smirnoff and Russian psyop infiltrated the Republican Party? It is now a national security issue. I think they should task Preet Bharara, former SDNY prosecutor. Or get Eliot Spitzer.

That is the job of the FBI. If it is a foreign citizen, it is the job of the CIA.
