Ain't happening. No way will the democrats support this, and quite frankly I can't support this myself and I am a 3-time Trump voter.

But SHOULD he get another term if it was legal? Let's wait and see what and how he does over the next few years. In my book, nobody gets a free pass, you gotta earn it.

I know that President Trump deserves a great retirement but it makes me really want to keep him for how great he's already been doing and it hasn't even officially been a week yet. Suddenly the left is complaining about how horrible our economy currently is too. A funny old world isn't it?

I would be all for it but I think that President Trump wants to retire after this term (and I can't say that I blame him either) and it could backfire with a democrat years down the road. It would be awesome though. Oh wait, this article says that he's up for it. Cool!!

I love President Trump! But no...we amended the constitution for a reason and that reason is still valid.

JD will get trained in over the next 4 years and when he's president...Trump will still be available to him by phone to give advice. It is the way of things.

It can't be JD. Whomever the 2028 candidate is must be very wealthy, on the order of $500M or more. Why? Because the Washington swamp has figured out they can simply destroy people with lawfare legal bills and if you don't have serious wealth to defend yourself then you are toast.

Many of Trump's first term people learn that lesson the hard way when the swamp attacked and they were given a choice of surrender, cop a plea, rat on others or lose their house and everything they own to legal bills.
