The only illegal ballots found several years ago were ballot harvesting where people went around picking up ballots, having people sign them and later filling them in. You would be surprised how many people in this country can not or will not fill in a ballot.

As a Poll Worker I have Had people ask me to fill them in. You can show them how to operate the machines but you have a poll worker from both parties to do that. Safeguards are built in all over and with bar codes and computers it is impossible to switch votes on an paper absentee ballot.

They.are only mailed out to registered voters, not the implied sending them to everyone.

If the Democrats want Mail In Balloting to stay, and Mail In Balloting is dependent on validity and accuracy of Registration lists, then there should be no need to fight or obstruct efforts to get names of dead people, people no longer living in the district, and fictitious people off the list.

Again, I think there needs to be a federally mandated election office in every state. Part of which would have elected officials who have a staff make the voter rolls as sterile as possible. It will be yet another beauacracy (sp?) but we need it.
