Direct quotes aren’t insane it’s that you are lying about what he said

Are you all really that desperate?
Desperate is taking the literal words, and claiming they mean something different than the clear text.

He never did that.

Donald Trump called Democratic Rep Nancy Pelosi “an enemy from within,”

“These are bad people. We have a lot of bad people."

Trump also called Pelosi an “enemy from within,

“I think Nancy Pelosi is an enemy from within,” he said. “She was supposed to protect the Capitol.”

Exactly. You just demonstrated my point.

Desperate is applying your own interpretation and claiming that is what someone meant.
Actually from a legal standpoint. When someone uses an ambiguous statement, the interpretation of it is in the favor of the one it was made to, and not the one who issued it.

It's just like when a mentally unstable person interprets Trump's words as a call to violence.

Read it yourself.
O.K
Contra Proferentem Rule:

The rule stipulates that if a clause in a contract is ambiguous or can be interpreted in multiple ways, it should be read in a way that disfavors the party who originally drafted, introduced, or demanded the inclusion of that specific clause

Ambiguity in a contract can lead to disputes between the parties involved. Courts will often interpret ambiguous terms against the party that drafted the contract.
