Should I find a new employee ??

My older employee is doing fine !!
Funny I almost fired here in February but she has really improved . I gave here $100 bonus in cash
She is working 25 hrs a week

The other new younger employee found a second part time job and her hours have plunged to (8-15) per week . She can only cover me 4 hrs which is hardly anything
She does an ok job but I need an employee who can cover me 6 hrs a shift not 4

Right now I booked up with PT appointments the next 4 weeks and can’t fire her .
This is a small mess

It’s Vegas, no college students to find
In Portland, I had great success with college
