If you are going into the military, you need to be fully trained and conditioned with the branch you are going into.

The Navy isn't going to train the same as the Marines................but ALL soldiers need to be trained the same.

Especially if you are wanting to "see action".........you HAVE to be rough and ready for it. Otherwise you're just going to be a "red shirt" and be the first one buried.

Man or women, the standard is the standard. We are talking combat soldiers, and you cannot have the best trained most ready soldiers when some of them are held to a lower standard.

This might force some girls out of forward positions but I wouldn't want to mess with those that pass the test!

They have had different standards in Air Borne school since they started letting women into Jump School.

Women are better at PLFs than men because of their center of gravity, but they weren't able to do chin-ups, so they weren't required to do them. Which begs to differ why have the standard for men if women can get around it.
Same goes with haircut standards.
Men cannot have long hair in the US military, but women can.
The problem with women in the military is they tend to fuck their way out of hard training.
They also tend to get knocked up before a deployment to keep from going.
