And she's right, the border is UNDER CONTROL. This is a manufactured crisis, the Globalists possess such a high degree of control over the policies and propaganda that lure illegals here, control over the drug cartels (via money laundering) and control of the jihadis that cross over the border, that they indeed do have the border UNDER CONTROL.
