She could easily have punched the accelerator and dragged the officer hundreds of feet to his death

All because her wheels were turned slightly to the left as she accelerated and that is where the officer was standing. to the left of her right front, exactly as per officer training for offset positioning.
Her wheels were turned full to the right

Stop lying
Look at the ICE guys cell phone vid. You can see her turning to the right

Initially they were slightly left, look at the videos, stop calling names it only shows your stupidity.

Time stamp 07, 49, wheels were turned to the left. Just before the hit.

You couldn’t see her turning her steering wheel hard over to the right as he approached the driver side of the front of her car?

I didn’t call you a name before. I will now you dishonest shit

Well, you did call me a liar however, her wheels were turned to the LEFT after he approached the driver's side. Hell, I gave you the time stamp. She was already moving when she started turning the wheel to the right but it was too late.

you said both in one comment,,

Subsequent actions usually reveal what one is/was thinking. I believe he had made up his mind that he would shoot her if she tried to flee. I do this all the time when I'm hunting. I prepare mentally for the shot. After that the shot is automatic.
He did not fire until she struck him

Being a nuisance isn't a crime. She was not impeding the ICE agent's duties, nor was she a suspected illegal. She got in their face that's all, and they killed her.
Yes she absolutely was obstructing their duties it was clearly self defense
