Serious question, why would the E.U suggest that a simple interview with a presidential candidate required a threat to Musk?

First, this is clearly the E.U tampering with the U.S elections, they enjoy free handouts from a stretched America clearly. However beyond this obvious interest of theirs, "why"? What could Musk possiboy be violatijg in an interview in America on his platform on an issue in which the E.U has no jurisdiction? Of all that Trump has faced with the lawfare, assassination attempts etc,.this seemed the most blatant and out of left field. It's as if they knew his numbers would be huge (they were) and people might say, "how can a man who gets 100M listeners possibly be unpopular?". The world has turned upside down, truly.

Just look at their Stalinistic tactics and that will tell you all you need to know.
I just have to be honest, this is more and more a clear fight for Western civilization. How did this happen?..They are outraged that he is interviewing the former president of the U.S who might be president again..What is their issue?

Some of these people running Western countries are more communist than Putin.

And all this people are friends of the autocrat Donald Trump - including Putin - who also took care that Great Britain is not any longer a country of the EU.
What do you think about a fair competition? Every US-state and every EU-country should be able to decide on their own whether they like to be a member of the EU or a member of the USA. Who would win? I tell you: Everybody. But you will not do so. You are a proud US-American who will vote for the worst anti-American president the USA had had in this and the last century. Donald Trump expects loyalty. Who is no 1000% "trumpeter" (German: "Trampeltier") is no US-American at all for this anti-American. And trumpeters are loud - that's all what Donald Trump is able to play: Maximum loudness - so everyone will become empty and deaf.

I see. That's why you talk to yourself.

You mean you‘re my doppelgänger? Or - in. As the case may be.

Musk has a record of inciting trouble. The EU see his history of infantile tweets in the UK and want no part of it.
He is involved in legal disputes with the EU so should take care.
This is the danger in having someone unstable run a large corporation.

At least he had an earthy wit.

Translation:
... [Miguel de] Cervantes set sail for home on board the galley Sol in September 1575. As the ship approached the Catalan coast, it was attacked by Algerian corsairs. After a battle with heavy losses, the surviving passengers were captured and deported to Algiers as slaves. Only after five years and four unsuccessful escape attempts ...

Comment:
Sir Miguel de Cervantes did not only try to escape - he helped in leading positions to organize rebellions of many slaves. Most of this slaves who tried to cime free had been executed in very cruel ways - as a deterrent against new slave rebellions. Miguel de Cervantes survived because he impressed the Bey of Algier with his honesty, steadfastness and the will to be free.

By the way: The USA will end in later times of history the might of the corsairs of Algier with 4 iron canon boats - what had been a new invention. Iron which swims. Mad idea, isn't it?

And what I forgot to say to you: Use German if you like to try to insult me.
