If we ever reached the point of impeachment of a President every time one said something that was not 100% accurate, we wouldn't have a sitting President for more than a few months if that.

Now as to your assertion of High Crimes. You can't level a charge of high crimes on a President who exercises their other constitutional rights, in this case, freedom of speech.

I have and actually have a collection of small books containing the Constitution and some of them including the Declaration of Independence.

Then study the part where it outlines Freedom of Speech, and understand why it's there. Also understand it doesn't apply to only the Democrat party. It applies to all. Trump's malicious and compulsive lying is easy to prove. Compulsive and serial lying and misinforming should be the number one article of impeachment. Make him defend his 13,000 lies since he became President. Let the American people agree or disagree whether Congress is right in declaring his constant lying is a "HIGH CRIME".

Is there anything to prevent Trump's Serial compulsive malicious misinforming and lying from being an article of impeachment?

As I advised, read the Constitution. It tells you all about it.

In other words, there is nothing the prevent Trump's serial compulsive malicious lying from being an article of impeachment that you or anyone else are intellectually able to articulate.

The impeachment clause specifically states what you can impeach somebody for, not what you can't. If the charge doesn't fit the description of high crimes or misdemeanors, then you can't impeach a person. Trump could lie once a year or twenty times a day. It doesn't matter. Lying or misrepresenting the truth is not a crime. Politicians do it every single day.
