If McConnell keeps the Senate which looks likely... Thomas is going to retire. Ginsberg doesn't have far to go she's almost falling down on her face now. There are some strong rumors about Sotomayor's diabetes... It is very severe and apparently she's having a lot of problems with it lately. 5 is very probable.... 4 is a certainty.
