In a Sunday interview with NBC's Meet The Press host Kristen Welker, Arizona Democrat Mark Kelly accused the Trump administration of implementing a 'permanent pause [on] migration from all third-world countries' because he doesn't like 'brown people.'

'When I heard [Secretary Noem] say that they're going to pause immigration from third-world countries, I mean, I take that as a message that they don't want brown people coming to the United States,' Kelly told Welker.
