Nah, he needs to be charged, and every time a piece of paper was signed, transfered, processed and recorded that furthered the fraud, it needs to be a new count. If Schiff, or any other member of Congress wants to own a home in the Washington area, that's fine with me. But the question is whether they are entitled to say its their residence and get special financing and tax considerations if they do so.

They are, it's just easier for a Senator elected for 6 years vs. a Representative that has to qualify every 2 years.
