The President is making a personal attack because of the Russia scandal, it is not fitting for a president to show partiality with such a legal dispute. He is expected to be impartial and leave the justice system to do its work. Instead he has publicly prejudged the man's guilt and raises more concerns that he is personally invested in these cases and that justice will not be done.

Are you under the impression that Schiff never prejudged Trump while leading an impeachment against him?

Why did Schiff promise to show everyone "more than circumstantial evidence" of Trump-Putin collusion many, many times and then failed to come up with a single shred of evidence at all?
