Our federal government personifies a living creature, a predator: it grows, it multiplies, it protects itself, it feeds on those it can defeat, and does everything to expand its powers and flourish, even at the expense of enslaving a nation’s entire population.

Actually, Cruz and the House TP folks prevented any of that being debated and negotiated, because they bet the whole enchilada on Obama caving in and giving up his signature achievement, but Obama didn't and the choice was to take nothing or tank the economy...

Stop crying wolf. Obama does enough of that crap. There is enough money coming in from existing taxes to pay the interest on borrowed money and for other essential things. The only thing that would “tank” is a bloated blood- sucking federal government. Ending this blood sucking would restore the ability of America’s businesses, industries and labor to once again produce real material wealth and spark a revival of what made America the economic marvel the world!
