Sen Durbin in the video talks about his proposed bill the RELIEF Act, which would process the backlog of employment & family-based green card/immigrant visa applicants in 5 years, nearly triple the green cards for these categories going forward, end aging out, & end the EB country limits

I'd be happy that while the only immigrants allowed would have millions of dollars to invest or had PhDs in the hard sciences (no Jill Biden type PhDs).
