None of the details. Didn't KNOW it was HIS bill - Didn't know Dem Senator never actually responded with debate. Just was ASSIGNED to sit in an empty Senate and listen to Cruz ask for "unanimous consent" from ONE SENATOR PRESENT. Seems like an empty story if Cruz was there just to mash this Dem potato. Senate wasn't even in FULL session evidentally.
