Texas would do well to defy that order.Yeah, to remove the barbed wire.

The hearing is set for Feb 7. No way even a contemporary hearing will be before then.The issue is not over as it will now be adjudicated, which was always going to happen.
All that the 3 leftoids and Roberts and Barrett did, were to allow the wire to be cut pending final judicial review (which will be back in SCOTUS within 6 months).
