Scottish Haggis and German Saumagen

i have tried both and like both

I have eaten Black Pudding, which is about as revolting as I think Haggis sounds.

Edit:

I just went and looked at some photos of Haggis, and it looks infinitely more edible than Black Pudding.

Although, I have another edit. I've eaten two different Black Puddings and one was fairly tasty and the other I had to spit out and brush my teeth.

Further Edit:

Looked at Saumagen, read a recipe, and it looks pretty good.

glad you liked the Saumagen when reading about it.
Germans usually are terrified by the name and dont dare to try it.
A mistake!

it is a lot better than the name suggests.

Chancellor Helmut Kohl always invite state guests to it. 👍
