Who cares about AllStar MVP? It’s a glorified pickup game where no one plays hard. Yes, I agree that he was an elite defender, but he wasn’t great offensively. He wasn’t a great shooter or shot creator. Don’t get me wrong AllStar caliber player, but there were better players in that era like Hakeem, Barkley, Malone, Robinson, Payton, Stockton, Ewing, Robinson, Drexler.
