The withdrawal of U.S. Forces was agreed upon and signed in February 2020. Mr. Biden was NOT in office in 2020, Shitolini was. Shitolini freed 5,000 Taliban Fighters without consulting with the Afghan Government. Nor did he talk U.S. Military Leader or Afghan Military Leaders. HE signed the U.S. surrender to the Taliban.

If things went smoothly, Trump would claim " I did that"
the Trump administration kept to the pact, reducing U.S. troop levels from about 13,000 to 2,500, even though the Taliban continued to attack Afghan government forces and the US troops still there were targets.
How are 2500 troops suppose to keep the Afghanistan government afloat?
so with only 2500 troops left , yeah it is time to get them out of there quickly. If I am one of the guys left behind, it like I am calling someone to get me out of there.
US military is to defend the US and follow orders. But to be left behind for what purpose?
