We also found the path to solve this problem and that is to find what in the antibiotic is causing bacteria to develop immunity to the antibiotic. We know the gene is not becoming a new gene.

My reply to that is the fossil record shows that birds lived BEFORE the theropods and that they grew up in a parallel timeline. This is the coup de grace for the birds from dinosaurs theory.
