innovation is the pursuit of what can be, unburdened by what has been. we embrace the culture of innovation. we expect imperfection. its basic. software has to be tweaked. we know that the more we test something, the better the final product will be.

but Congress has trouble embracing innovation. you're expected to have THE PLAN. there are likely to be glitches though, and they end up on the front page in bold lettering
