too stupid by 100%!! whether state run or shareholder run they now submit to the international free market which really determnes which survive and which die.
That is the heart of capitalism, and the opposite of the communism they had.
Even here there is great controversy about management running corps rather than boards but they are all capitalist if they compete based on price and quality in a free market place.
