I hope the clapping was because they were fired.

Likely bloated government employees applauding them as "martyrs". Evidently those that were clapping don't have enough to do. RIF them next.



The SD has approx 80,000 employees, getting rid of 1300, while a good start, is less than 2% of the total.

Need to pump those numbers up!

NOtVA .gov teat-suckers are going ballistic over any reform or accountability in government.
 
i hear there are crop picking opportunities.....that come with songs that will lift your spirit in hopes of getting back on the govt teat
