The Small Business Administration does a lot of federal grants as well as loans.

I'm glad the agencies are starving the vile dem grift stream beast.

The really good part is that congress or some leftist judge can't do shit about it because the congressional funds are awarded in blocks to the agencies for the agencies to send out.

Any funds they send out to blue areas should have steel cables instead of strings attached.
