Bernie Sanders Asked About Failures of Socialism in Venezuela and Refuses to Comment

What a hypocritical pos.

LEÓN KRAUZE, UNIVISION: I am sure that you know about this topic: various leftist governments, especially the populists, are in serious trouble in Latin America. The socialist model in Venezuela has the country near collapse. Argentina, also Brazil, how do you explain that failure?

BERNIE SANDERS, DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE: You are asking me questions…

LEÓN KRAUZE, UNIVISION: I am sure you’re interested in that.

BERNIE SANDERS, DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE: I am very interested, but right now I’m running for President of the United States.

LEÓN KRAUZE, UNIVISION: So you don’t have an opinion about the crisis in Venezuela?

BERNIE SANDERS, DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE: Of course I have an opinion, but as I said, I’m focused on my campaign.

Successfully focusing one one's campaign to me entails promising to not turn the country into Venezuela, or in other words to not attempt socialism or be a socialist.

But when you can't say that with a straight face, the best bet is to avoid the question.

Sanders....and the vast majority of socialist lovers would rather not discuss Venezuela. But there it is, Socialism in all it's horrors

Bernie is a typical Marxist/Socialist. His rhetoric is where he derives his power. The actual application of his rhetoric is where the problems start. Sure, "Eat The Rich" sounds great to poor people, but once you run out of rich people to eat, what do you do then?

He's a fraud, he doesn't believe the crap he spews.

Venezuela bears no resemblance to anything Sanders proposes but no one would expect you to know that.
So you say, but cannot elaborate.
How is Venezuela any different than Greece, or anywhere that some form of Socialism has decimated the economy?

How are Bernie Sanders' proposals any different than all of the European socialist countries that are prosperous?

Liberals would say the only reason that socialism would fail
would be because the rich were not taxed enough and that not enough
$$$ were spent on.....

Infrastructure
Science
R&D
Education
Health Care
Food Stamps
Free housing.....
