According to Trump, he fired Seibert. Although that's probably a lie. Trump likes to be a tough guy. Seibert clearly knew he would be fired for not doing as Trump wanted, so he decided to resign. It doesn't really matter. It's all the same in the end.

The fact remains that Seibert was fired after he told DoJ he wasn't going to prosecute Comey and James. That clearly triggered Trump.

You people laughed as you ruined entire states with your policies, like NAFTA, you laughed as you shut down refineries and pulled the plug on the XL pipeline and denied it had any impact on gas prices, you laughed at the lives lost to illegals and claim “it wasn’t preventable” when it entirely was.

Democracy is clearly permanently broken, with Republicans undermining the political process with false claims of ‘fraud,’ gerrymandering, and lies about ‘stolen elections’; indeed, whenever a Republican candidate fails to win a presidential election, Republicans will falsely claim the election was ‘rigged’ and contrive schemes to overturn the election results.

Trump deleted the post off of truth social, leading people to assume he intended it as a private message and not to be posted widely. The WSJ reported that their sources in the White House confirmed this.
