This seems pointless - you're generally just too stupid and dishonest to **** with - but the point is: we're not going to get good candidates until you stop voting for the bad ones. So, stop.
When it comes to reps sellling favors, we have to limit suppy. ie we have to limit their ability to grant special favors via their regulatory powers.
