Putin has murdered his political opponents before. This is not the first time. What would you think about him if you knew he was planning to do a nuclear strike on the USA and murder millions of people? I believe that is exactly what he is planning.

Putin is an animal to be sure but he is not insane. ANYONE who launches nuclear weapons at another nuclear power would do so knowing full well a retaliation would devistate their own country.

What if we could not retaliate? What if there was no ability to respond due to a super EMP having been launched prior to attack? What then? The North Koreans and the Iranians have already been testing those weapons and launches according to reliable sources. What's to stop them?
