The only people who “upset the equilibrium “ of the oil and gas markets of Europe were the Russians who first invaded their neighbors, then annexed their territories illegally, then finally invaded and tried to outright conquer Ukraine. France kept its reactors running, only the East German Communist Merkel trusted Putin enough to chain her country to Russia. Korea and other asian countries said they would share their allocation of Gas this winter with EU... In solitary against Russian in the war...You do know he hasn't, right? Drilling is up due to independents, while the big boys are sitting on their asses distributing record proftis to themselves. The drilling equipment manufacturers haven't ramped up their equipment production because the big boys aren't re-investing in drilling, so the little guys are short of pipe and other equipment.
