It WAS unprovoked. Whatever Ukraine did inside its own borders is no business of Russia. Russia spent a decade creating the insurrection that Ukraine was trying to suppress and had regular troops fighting inside Ukraine. If Canada's French Speakers fight a civil war against its English speakers, it's not justification for the UK or USA to invade Canada and suppress the French speaking part of the country. If the Hundi majority fights an insurrection by the Muslim minority in India, it's not justification for Pakistan to invade India to "rescue" the Muslim Indians.

The so called little green men were not in Donbass they were in Crimea, and i already told you the timeline of Russian intervention, it was 2022, when the civil war was going on who do you think was doing the fighting? it was the Donbass militia who had to get organized to defend themselves, there were battles at Donetsk airport and Debalseve where the Militia gave the Kiev Nazis a good beating, as for South Ossetia that lunatic Saackashvili started that with a midnight Blitzkrieg against civilians and Russian peacekeepers killing several, you can't just lake up your own false version of the truth.
