Rush Limpnoodle 'Obama reacted to fast to Haiti'

NYC and the US had an intact infrastructure from which to support an immediate effort to rescue and recover the victims of 9-11.

The Haitians don't have that, meaning the basics of food, water, and shelter. I am afraid most of the western part of the island is going to become one huge refugee camp.

Rush's and his followers' reactions is why the neo-corporatists and neo-cons must be forced out of the party. They place political power in front of mercy, grace, and social justice.

And Liberals can't seem to help playing the victim.

That is what Rush was trying to point out Jake.
Well, there you go again! Mindlessly following the first quote in my sig as you were programmed to do.
It's you CON$ervative Cry-Babies who have been claiming Perpetual VICTIMHOOD for decades.
You say you are a victim of:
The liberal TV news
The liberal teachers
The liberal courts
The liberal press
The liberal Hollywood moguls
The liberal trial lawyers
The liberal unions
The liberal environmentalists
The liberal scientists
The liberal schools
The limousine liberals
And on, and on, and on, .... :cuckoo:

Funny how it is always about Rush, Bush, Palin, or Cheney.

Of course it is. Using those 4 have been part of Democrat talking points for years now. Those 4 are the Democratic boogeymen. :)

Those 4 are the face of the GOP. The Democrats love it! Someone in the GOP needs to step up. I vote for Joe Scarborough. But maybe he is more moderate than many on the right want.

Those 4 are the face of the GOP.

Only because they are pushed out into the public eye everytime something comes up. Hell, a group of Democrats had a meeting to discuss how to keep Rush in the news to "make" him the leader of the Republican party. He isn't even a politician. Palin a former VP candidate and Bush and Cheney are the faces of the previous administration, but not active (well, it does seem the press goes to Cheney to get his opinion on everything this adminsitration does).

I really don't see the GOP pushing these individuals as leaders of the party...it's the Democrats who do this...why? Because they are easy targets.

Ah, it's the Democrats' fault that Palin, Cheney, Limbaugh, and Bush are leaders within the Right.
:lol::lol::lol:

I don't, but then again, I actually think for myself so I don't need some blogger or left wing media outlet to try and convince me that Rush, Palin or Bush and Cheney are somehow the face of the Republican party, when they aren't.

Now if Steele or some of the leaders in the House or Senate were thrown in there, they would have a point I would agree with, however, it's too easy to use the others in a way to throw barbs at the opposition party.

What ARE Rush, Palin, Bush and Cheney's positions in the scheme of things?

Personally, I don't know.

Bush has been quiet since he left office. Palin and Rush are people I spend no time following, but I'm sure are not people I would agree with in regards to social issues. Cheney is the only one i would partially agree with being part of the face of the GOP since he does stay in the news, but the big thing people seem to forget is, when he gets into the news, it's from things he says in response to questions he's asked by the media. And those items are usually only on the topic of national defense.

well maybe those people you criticize for being stupid know the difference between the words "to"and "too" so in that sense they are certainly smarter than you.

Moral of the story:

Don't write a post calling other people stupid unless you can spell and know the rules of grammar.

Oh, brother. That was very mature. If you love Rush so much, why not defend him? But no, you have to take a poke at the poster because Rush can't be defended.

Videos from his program today:

Limbaugh: Obama discussed Haitian earthquake sooner than attempted Christmas bombing; "Did he apologize for America?" | Media Matters for America

After earthquake, Rush says Haiti produces "zilch, zero, nada," asks when Obama will call for Aristide to be returned | Media Matters for America

http://www.sphere.com/politics/artic...quake/19315905

I fail to see how he can compare the xmas attack and an earthquake.. There is no need to investigate anything.. We know it was an earthquake.. Well.. Ok.. People with brains do.. Obama waited until he knew what happened to make comments on the xmas attack.. A very smart and prudent move.. Obviously to smart for limpnoodles there..

I think Rush has sunk to a new low and shows the hatred and racism of the republican party.. It is truely sad that half of our natiin is this hatefull and angry..

None the less.. Everyone that listens to Rush is just as ignorant and stupid as he is.. No wait.. You all are more stupid.. He is the one at least doing the talking.. You all are just being fed your hate speach of the day..

Obama rushed to the mike when a Cambridge prof was arrested in his own home and said the police were acting "Stupid"....which is another way of saying "Racist" without knowing the facts.

He rushes in front of the camera at the drop of a hat if it's an issue that he cares about. If he doesn't care then it takes awhile....even days....and only if he's badgered into it by the press. 3 Days for the Christmas bomber....how many days for the Ft. Hood massacre???

No...Rush is spot on. And you call him a racist for pointing out what should be obvious.

Pointing out what should be obvious?? Too whom??? He is a racist. I don't know how you can say he is not. Also, he is a bitter and angry man, any way you shake it.

I have never known him to say a kind word or show empathy to any person or situation. So those of us that don't like him just don't understand what you see in him. And speaking for myself, it worries and bothers me that people support this man of no character or value. That's how I see him.

15th post
lol, and leave it to media matters to rush in and post their nasty commentary about what Rush what has to say, just so they can smear him AGAIN..what a joke.

mediamatters is a JOKE

You think it's a mediamatters thing? That's odd because I heard conservatives Joe Scarborough and Pat Buchanan referring to what Limbaugh said as deplorable and inexcusable.

and I'm suppose to care what some other talking heads have to say about it..I thought Harry Reid's words about the reasons why running Obama for President (he was light skinned and could bring on a negro dialect when needed) was deplorable, but life continued on, didn't it.

What Harry Reid said was neither deplorable or hateful. What he said was an accurate analysis of Obama's chance to win the nomination and be elected to the presidency.
The uproad was all manufactured by the spin meisters of the Republican party and is little different than the 'debate' around the nomination of Geraldine Ferraro in '84 (would Americans vote for women as VP?) or Hillary Clinton in 2008 (will Americans vote for a women to be POTUS?).
When I voted for Hillary in the June 2008 I did so because I believed Americans would more likely vote for a women than they would vote for a black man. It was a legitimate question, given the history of race relations and bigotry in our nation.
Intelligent and educated Americans reject racism, sexism and other forms of discrimination; but too many Americans judge others by the color of their skin and not the content of their character.

So who is the face of the Republican Party? These four people are the voices that we always hear.

That's not true, Boehner & McConnell show their face(s) to say, "No" quite often; as well as, "ain't it awful", "it's terrible, it's socialism!!", and on occassion apologize to Rush Limbaugh for some sin committed against Him.

I love the hypocrisy shown by the left these days. It wasn't long ago when they were the minority party and were "The Party of No" doing the exact same things they accuse the GOP of doing now. The liberals are out in force telling the same lie over and over. "All the Repubicans do is say No and never provide alternatives". Yet, when shown that alternatives have been provided they blankly repeat the worn out party of no meme again and again.

Sheesh. Get off it already. The GOP is currently the minority party and will disagree with the Democrats on issues that they have always knocked heads against. That is never going to change, but your lack of memory is really funny to me. :)
