I agree he'd make a great VP--he has a lot of knowledge of foreign affairs due to his participation on the Foreign Relations Committee in the Senate, and he'd help Trump with the Hispanic vote. I believe he already said he wouldn't do it, however. Quite awhile ago. And he's been pushed into running for the senate in Florida again.
