I could make that shot with open sights. Not bragging. When I went through Basic Training (which was admittedly during the Stone Age) The furthest target on our firing range was 460 meters. With open sights. And I'd hit that about half the time standing up. In the Prone firing position, 80% of the time, with a Bipod, 95% of the time.

At 150 meters (which was about the true distance for the Robinson shot) it was an easy shot even a rank amateru could make. In fact, I wouldn't even use a scope at that range. But, I'm not a fan of scopes. At all.
