For those unfamiliar with Dr Ron Paul (republican representative), his knickname is Dr. No because he continually votes no on nearly every bill that comes across his desk. He voted no on the PATRIOT act for the sole reason that it had not been given to him early enough for him to read before the vote. Of course after reading it he found plenty more good reasons to validate his no vote.
He is the type of conservative the GOP has abandoned. He is the type of candidate they need to run if they expect to get back all the limited government voters back into the party.
