Forgive me for jumping to conclusions but the missile system used to shoot down the plane is more than a little sophisticated it takes someone with training and experience to use it something I feel safe in saying these rebels do not have this is not like using an RPG to shoot down low flying blackhawks as we saw in Somalia.
